TURA: A student body from Phulbari, the Phulbari Garo Students’ Committee (PGSC) has opposed the reappointment of the same members of the GSU, Phulbari Regional Unit which was allegedly dissolved after complaints.
“We strongly oppose the decision taken by the GSU CEC and we will not accept it,” member of the PGSC, Lilik A Sangma said.
According to the committee, no fresh election to lead the regional unit has been held since 2009.
