Saipung Outpost in EJH to reopen

KHLIEHRIAT: The Deputy Commissioner of East Jaintia Hills has informed that on recommendation of the District Medical and Health Officer (DM&HO), the office of the Saipung Police Station can be reopened but subject to certain conditions.
The conditions include — the staff should not be contacts of the positive cases; social distancing must be strictly followed and adhered to by all; washing of hands with soap and water or hand sanitisers should be followed accordingly by all; and spitting in or outside the offices is strictly prohibited. Also, sharing of betel nuts (kwai), tobacco products and eatables and shaking of hands should be avoided.
