Meghalaya COVID update: 49 new cases; 1168 active cases

SHILLONG: Meghalaya on Wednesday reported 49 new COVID-19 cases including 32 in East Khasi Hills district. The total active case in the state has now increased to 1,168
DHS (MI) Dr Aman said in East Khasi Hills, there were 2 cases from paramilitary forces and 30 others.
One case was reported from Ri Bhoi while nine cases were reported in East Garo Hills.
Seven including 6 from para military and 1 others were reported in West Garo Hills
