Meghalaya COVID update: 1393 active cases including 109 new cases

SHILLONG: With detection of 109 new COVID19 cases and recovery 75 more patients, the total number of active cases in Meghalaya stands at 1220, according to information provided by the state health department.
So far, 1393 patients have recovered in the state which has reported 13 deaths due to the virus infection till date.
Of the active cases maximum number of 833 cases are in East Khasi Hills district, 121 in West Garo Hills district, 84 in Ri-Bhoi district, 44 in West Khasi Hills district, 23 in East Jaintia Hills District three in West Jaintia Hills District, three in South West Garo Hills and 21 in South Garo Hills.
