Meghalaya BJP alleges fund diversion in JHADC

SHILLONG: Meghalaya state BJP has alleged that central funds worth Rs 20 crore has been diverted for pàying the salary of officials of the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council(JHADC).

The party president in Meghalaya, Ernest Mawrie also alleged that huge funds worth crores were misused in GHADC .The party has already written to the Centre on this matter asking for a CBI inquiry
