SHILLONG: Following the Supreme Court verdict last month, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has informed that IGNOU exams of June, 2020, for final year and end-semester applicants will be held from Thursday at 16 exam centres across all the districts of the state.
The centres are located in Baghmara, Garobadha, Jowai, Khliehriat, Marbisu, Mawkyrwat, Mawsynram, Mowkaiaw, Mendipathar, Nongpoh, Nongstoin, Shillong, Tura and Williamnagar.
There will be three exam centres in Shillong, of which, code 1800 is in the Regional Centre inside the NEHU campus, Umshing, Mawkynroh, the IGNOU said in a statement.
“Examinees are to carry their IGNOU identity card and will have to put on masks in view of the ongoing pandemic,” the statement said.
