SHILLONG: The Assam Christian Forum (ACF), Guwahati, and the Shillong Khasi Jaintia Church Leaders Forum (SKJCLF), Shillong, have bewailed a remark made by BJP MP, Satya Pal Singh, on slain missionary and leprosy worker, Dr Graham Stuart Staines, during the monsoon session of the Parliament.
A joint statement from the forums on Monday, said that the reference was “nothing but an anti-Christian spirit and bias”, adding that the community cannot accept such accusations.
