The group, who met Lyngdoh at his residence on Thursday, made it clear that they would continue to meet the presidents of all the parties of the state to urge them to follow on the issues of the state.
The group wants the political parties to raise the issues of implementing ILP, inclusion of Khasi language in the eighth schedule and the decades-old Assam-Meghalaya border dispute.
The Chairman of the group, Rastingwell Thabah, said the group is giving voice to the issues faced by people and they want all the political parties to follow on such issues.
He urged the people of the state to cooperate and work together with the group as long-pending issues of the state need to be addressed at the earliest.
