Kali puja
Laban Puja Committee (VMC) celebrated the 36th Years of Sri Sri Kali Puja on November 14 & 15. The committee has extended its gratitude to the Laban Police Station and the state government, CPC, people of Meghalaya for their support.
Cooperative week
The 67th All India Cooperative Week celebration 2020-21 organised by the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies in collaboration with the MCAB Ltd concluded recently in Tura where West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner Ram Singh was the chief guest.
The theme for this year’s celebration was ‘Covid Pandemic-Atmanirbhar Bharat-Cooperatives’ while the theme for the final day was ‘Strengthening Cooperation among Cooperatives’.
