SHILLONG, Dec 16: The Department of Tourism & Hotel Management of North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) recently organised a five-day ‘AICTE-Approved Online ATAL Faculty Development Programme on Event Management’, which was participated by people from across the country.
During the programme, which was held between December 7 and December 11, industry professionals and eminent academicians shared their expertise as resource persons.
“Eminent academicians from various prestigious universities and institutions of India as well as experts and entrepreneurs of the event management industry of Meghalaya and other parts of India were engaged in these five days,” a statement said on Wednesday.
The programme was concluded followed by the valedictory programme.
