NSS volunteer to attend R-Day parade in Delhi

SHILLONG, Dec 23: Theophil Basumatary, NSS volunteer and student of the Department of Economics, Commerce and Management, of Martin Luther Christian University has been selected to participate in the Republic Day Parade to be held in New Delhi. Basumatary will be the sole representative of Meghalaya in the parade.
Basumatary had undergone rigorous selection process at the pre-Republic Day Selection Camp in Bhubaneshwar.
He will be leaving for Delhi on December 31.
