SHILLONG/TURA, Feb 1: The A’chik Literature Society (ALS) and members of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Sunday felicitated Padma Shri Nanandro B Marak.
According to a statement, the members of the ALS visited Marak’s residence at Gondagre, Jasingre, and congratulated him.
The ABVP members too congratulated him.
It may be recalled that Marak was recently conferred with Padma Shri by President Ram Nath Kovind for his contributions to black pepper cultivation in state.
