Rejig in state Police dept

SHILLONG, Feb 6: The state government on Saturday effected a reshuffle in the Police department.
As per a statement on Saturday, South West Garo Hills Superintendent of Police Rituraj Ravi has been transferred and posted as South Garo Hills Superintendent of Police.
East Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Siddharth Kumar Ambedkar has been posted as South West Garo Hills Superintendent of Police.
South Garo Hills Superintendent of Police Priyanshu Pandey has been posted as Superintendent of Police (VlS), Meghalaya, while East Jaintia Hills Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar Palecha has been posted as Assistant Inspector General of Police (L&O).
Additional Superintendent of Police, SF-10, Jagpal Singh Dhanoa, on the other hand, has been transferred and posted as East Jaintia Hills Superintendent of Police.
