Curtain comes down on 2-day health mela

TURA, Feb 24: A two-day health mela, which was organised by the District Mental Health Programme, South West Garo Hills, in collaboration with other NHM programmes, concluded on Wednesday.
The health mela was organised at Kalaipara HS School under Zikzak C&RD Block. While counselling and competitions for students and IEC activities on various health programmes were conducted on Day 1, health check-up along with other activities and games were held on the second day. Nearly 200 beneficiaries had registered for the free health check-up.
