Subdued celebration of Holi in Shillong

SHILLONG: Holi celebrations was a subdued affair in the city on Monday  due to restrictions imposed by the state government in view of the looming threat from COVID pandemic. A few children  as well as adult came out of the four walls pf their home to celebrate the festival of colours amid fear of the pandemic.
