NONGSTOIN, April 8: Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui, on Thursday, cleared air on the delay in appointment of schoolteachers in government schools during the inauguration of the new school building of JJM Nicholsroy Memo Secondary School in Nongstoin, West Khasi Hills.
