SHILLONG, April 20: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, has declared the Lumdiengjri Police Station in East Khasi Hills as the best police station in Meghalaya in its annual ranking of Police Stations for the year 2020.
The ‘Certificate of Excellence’ issued by the MHA was handed over to the Officer-in-Charge, Lumdiengjri Police Station by the Inspector General of Police (Eastern Range) MK Dkhar.
Other who were alsp present include of S Nongtnger, Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills.
