SHILLONG, April 26: Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner, RM Kurbah on Monday issued an Order declaring Orchid Lake Resort,Umiam and MeECL Secondary School, Umiam in Ri Bhoi District as Containment Zones following the detection of COVID-19 positive cases.
