132 students to reappear for Board exams

SHILLONG, May 4: A total number of 132 students will reappear for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and High Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examinations.
MBoSE Joint Director, M. Marbaniang informed on Tuesday that 67 students will reappear in the SSLC while 65 will sit for re-examination in the HSSLC exam.
According to the official, the number of students might go up since the HSSLC examination will conclude on May 12. The SSLC examination concluded on Monday.
“We will have the final figures once all the papers of the HSSLC examination have been conducted,” he stated.
Marbaniang informed that majority of the students who would be reappearing in the exams are high-risk contacts of positive patients or family members who have tested positive.
