The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Shillong Civil Hospital, has informed that a male patient, identified as Mohan Thapa (55), C/o Lapalang, Shillong, was admitted in the male medical ward on April 12 at 01:07 am. However, he passed away on May 9 at 11:05 am. The concerned relatives have been asked are to collect the body from the hospital morgue immediately, failing which the body will be sent for disposal by Shillong Municipal Board.
