NONGPOH, May 18: Nongpoh MLA Mayralborn Syiem, on Tuesday, along with the officials of the Health department in Ri Bhoi inspected the ongoing construction of Oxygen Generation Plant at Civil Hospital, Nongpoh.
The inspection drive holds significance as Mayralborn Syiem will be attending the High-Level Meeting with Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma and other top officials of the government on Wednesday to discuss the prevailing condition arising out of COVID-19.
Speaking to media persons, the legislator, Mayralborn Syiem, expressed joy over observing the construction work of the oxygen generation plant in Nongpoh which was going on in full swing, while informing that the facility will be made fully functional by the month of June and ready to cater to the needs of COVID-19 patients.
