KHLIEHRIAT, June13: Due to the rising number of COVID cases in the district, the District Magistrate, East Jaintia Hills in an order issued on Sunday, re-imposed the containment measures in the district with effect from 4 pm on Monday till 5 am on June 21.
According to the order, labourers/employees engaged in private sectors/factories which involve movement within the same village/locality are permitted to attend work but limiting to 50 pc of the normal strength.
