NONGSTOIN, July 15: A 29-year-old man from Speng Thawlangmlah village in New Nongstoin hanged himself to death at his residence on Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Carefulstar Kharbani.
The brother of Kharbani filed an FIR at Nongstoin Police Station after the incident.
After legal observation, the police ruled out foul play in the case.
Following inquest and other formalities, the body was handed over to the relatives.
