SHILLONG, Aug 16: The Asian Confluence, India, the ASEAN Studies Centre of ISEAS — Yusof Ishak Institute, and the ASEAN-India Centre at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries, New Delhi, have jointly launched their first programme ‘ASEAN-India Development Partnership Programme’, a training and capacity-building programme for scholars and practitioners of ASEAN countries and India.
The weeklong programme has been organised in a bid to bolster the people-to-people and institutional linkages.
