Since the outbreak of the pandemic, students have been on the receiving end, which severely hampered their educational development; the education received inside the classroom is totally different from the education received through online mode. Hence, it is the role of the teachers to mould the students once again in developing their overall growth, he added.
Admitting that teachers are faced with numerous challenges such as pay disparity and untimely disbursement of salary, the Educated Minister reiterated the government’s commitment and continuous efforts in addressing these issues.
