On September 13 around 12.05 am, one coal-laden Maruti Eeco van (ML-05K-1099) driven by Rapki Passah (31) broke down at Pahamsyiem, Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi.
Theft
Riborlang Khonglam, Supervisor, NHIDCL (ARSS) lodged a complaint that on September 13, unknown miscreants stole diesel oil from the machine No. SL-182 at 32+ kept at Rngain Area, East Khasi Hills.

Assistant Executive Engineer, Hydraulic Structure Maintenance Sub-Division, MePGCL, Kyrdemkulai, Ri Bhoi, lodged a complaint that on September 12, Jio Telecom, Guwahati, dug cable trench by the side of the road of Nongmahir Fore Bay Main Dyke for laying of cables without any intimation to MePGCL.
