Direct flight from Shillong to Dibrugarh

SHILLONG, Oct 26: Connectivity from Shillong Airport at Umroi got an additional boost with the launch of a direct flight from Shillong to Dibrugarh, flagged off virtually by Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Jyotiraditya Scindia on Tuesday.
Chief Minister, Conrad Sangma and other cabinet ministers of the state also graced the launch event.
IndiGo will deploy a 78-seater ATR 72 aircraft for the 75-min flight. The flight will take off from Shillong to Dibrugarh at 10.20 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and the return flight will depart Dibrugarh at 11.55 am.
