SHILLONG, Oct 30: Candidates from various political parties have led the way in casting votes in their respective polling station in the by-election today apparently to enthuse voters.

For instance, the NPP candidate from Mawphlang, Lamphrang Blah was the first to cast his votes at the polling booth a Mawphlang Secondary School.
