Local girl bags second prize at int’l ghost story contest

SHILLONG, Nov 11: City girl Nayaab Suhel has bagged second place in the 24th Annual Halloween Ghost Story contest for her story ‘A Twist to the Irish Tale of Jack the Stingy’ in the High School Category.
A student of BSF Senior Secondary School, Nayaab’s story was up against entries not just from India, but from most of the U.S. states and Canadian provinces as well as many countries in Europe, Asia as well as the Middle East.
The results were announced at www.saugus.net.
