Shillong, Dec 31: On the eve of the New Year’s Day, Shillong Traffic Police have issued stern warning against ‘drunken driving’ as well as rash and rackless driving so as not to endanger life on any citizen on the road. It has warned of stern action as per the law against violators of traffic rules.
