Shillong, Jan 27: Three drug addicts and one peddler were apprehended by the a group of youths of Nongpoh on Jan 26 evening
The four were apprehended from Downgate block of Nongpoh at around 10 pm. The peddler has been identified as one Baiakmenlang Tiewsoh (30).
The were later handed over to the police of Nongpoh Police Station. Police also seized cocaine packed in a small Golden tobacco tin, syringe and some weapons
A case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) has been registered against three out of the four youths.
