2 held for Sunday IED blast in Police Bazar

Shillong, Jan 31: A day after the IED blast in Police Bazar in the city, state Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui today said that police had detained two people including a juvenile suspecting their links to the blast.

He said that a live bomb was also recovered from the residence of one of the suspects. Stating that police is alive to the situation, the Minister said that all efforts were being taken to pinpoint and apprehend to the mastermind of the blast.
