Pyngrope to head AITC state committee

SHILLONG, Feb 22: All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) president and West bengal Chief Minister, mamata Banerjee on Tuesday constituted the Meghalaya state committee which is headed by Charles Pyngrope as president.
The party has appointed James S Lyngdoh, Zenith M Sangma, Shitlang Pale, Marthon M Sangma, Himalaya M Shangpliang and George B Lyngdoh as vice presidents of the state committee.
Manash Das Gupta and Mukul Das have been appointed general secretaries while Komol Marbaniang and Jayanta Sen have been named as joint secretaries of the state committee.
