Break-in
Jyoti Hajong lodged a complaint that on February 19 evening, unknown miscreant(s) broke into her residence at Dongkadiang, Nongmensong, Shillong, and stole a laptop, LPG cylinder, among other items valued around Rs 38,700.

Cattle found
Post Commander, BSF, BOP SP Tilla, lodged a complaint that on February 19, BSF personnel detected five heads of cattle near BP No. 1293/7-S in West Jainta Hills.
Company Commander BSF, BOP Jaliakhola informed police that on February 19, between 3 pm and 5 pm, BSF personnel detected 45 heads of cattle from the general area near BP No. 1301/4-5 in West Jainta Hills.
Insp. Vidya Sagar, Coy-Commander G-Coy, 109 Bn., BSF, BOP Muktapur, lodged a complaint that on Feb 18 at about 1 am, BSF personnel detected six heads of cattle from the general area near BP No. 1286/5-R.

Theft
Donlad Langstieh (62) lodged a complaint that between February 12 and 14, unknown miscreants stole stones valued around Rs 1.89 lakh meant for road construction from a section of Nongjri-Mawsmai Road between Mawdiang and Mawkyllon villages in West Khasi Hills.
Pravin Kumar of Unique Structures and Towers Ltd. lodged a complaint that on February 17, around 4 pm, unknown miscreant(s) stole ACRS Zebra Conductor cable (length 2 km) used for construction of the 220 KV D/C line from the construction site between Umsohphria village in Ri-Bhoi.
Fr. Roy Paul of MIIT, Cleve Colony, lodged a complaint that on February 17 morning, unknown miscreant(s) stole, three jet sprays, five tap-B cokes, three connection pipes, etc., worth around Rs 17,000.
Dingborwell Marweiñ lodged a complaint that on February 10 evening, one Marchstaerone Mylliem (20) stole a carpentry machine from his shop at Mawkyrwat Market in South West Khasi Hills.
