Shillong Quizzing Society holds inaugural meet

SHILLONG, Aug 27: An open-to-all inaugural meeting of Shillong Quizzing Society, the first quizzing society in Meghalaya, was on Saturday held at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong.
The meet, which was open to people above 16 years, was attended by defence personnel, research scholars, college students, bankers and tech professionals.
A quiz was also organised during the day, which was won by Lenamiki Khonglah, a 22-year-old Physics graduate of St. Anthony’s College, and Pragya Pasricha, a research fellow under state government’s PA Sangma Fellowship for Legal and Policy Research.
