Mawmluh Cave in Sohra among first 100 IUGS sites

Shillong, Oct 1: Mawmluh Cave in Sohra in Meghalaya known for the ‘Meghalayan Age’ has been selected by International Union of Geological Sciences (IUGS) as one of the first 100 IUGS Geological Sites in the world, according to a tweet by Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad Sangma.
