SHILLONG, Nov 3: The Under Secretary of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (A) department has written to Meghalaya House New Delhi resident commissioner, Sampath Kumar, regarding the Planning department’s proposal to entrust an additional charge as Principal Commissioner (Coordination) to Rajeev Kumar Arora.
In a letter addressed to Kumar on October 31, the Under Secretary stated that the additional charge given to Kumar is without any financial implications for looking at the machinery to follow up with central ministries to ensure release of central grants. “I am, therefore, to request you kindly to offer your views on the proposal,” the letter said.
