The Assam Rifles will organise the ‘2nd Edition Half Marathon’ at Laitkor, Shillong, on Sunday. A statement in this regard informed that the programme will be attended by Governor BD Mishra as the chief guest.

The Youth Hostel, Shillong, organised a two-day ‘Northeast Zone Managers’ Conference’ in the city, which concluded on Saturday. According to a statement, the conference, which was attended by officials from various line departments, saw discussions on various issues.
