SHILLONG, Nov 12: CEO of Prasar Bharati and Director General of Doordarshan, Mayank Agrawal, on Saturday visited Shillong and took review of the production of North East Olympics Games which is being held in Shillong currently
It may be noted that DD Sports and DD Meghalaya are broadcasting the North East Olympics Games on its channels. Elaborate arrangements have made to showcase talent of athletes of North East participating in the Games.
Earlier, the CEO had also visited All India Radio and Doordarshan kendras in Shillong and took stock of the technical and programme capabilities of the stations.
He lauded the work done by Doordarshan and All India Radio in disseminating authentic and credible information among the people of Meghalaya through its news, cultural programmes and informative panel discussions.
