Unclaimed body
The Pasteur Police Beat House has informed that one unknown male person was found lying on November 5 on the roadside near 4th Furlong. He was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital, following which he passed away on November 13. According to police, the deceased is around 55 years old, is 5.4 ft tall and is reportedly a non-tribal. The body has been, meanwhile, kept at the hospital morgue.
Assessment
A peer team visit for the first cycle of assessment and accreditation of the Shillong Law College was conducted from November 14 to 15.
