Meghalaya lose to Pondicherry

SHILLONG, Nov 27: Pondicherry defeated Meghalaya by seven wickets in their U-25 Men State A Trophy match in Chandigarh today.
Meghalaya were forced to bat first and made a good start, with openers Arien Bonchang Sangma and Ibitlang Thabah making 18 and 15 respectively in a 35-run first wicket partnership.
However, Meghalaya could only manage 86 in 41.5 overs.
Pondicherry knocked off the required runs in just 11.4 overs, losing three wickets. Lokesh Turaha took 2/16 and Badonnam John Mylliemngap claimed 1/14.
