SHILLONG, Dec 19: Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong laid the foundation stone for construction of a motorable slab covered channel along Wah Desoi, in Mawprem on Monday.
Local MLA Mohendro Rapsang was also present on the occasion. The length of the channel is 175 metres.
