In a statement, the KJCLF said that reports state the government authorities have refused to register any case against the culprits.
“Violence and hatred against each other has to stop. The KJCLF calls on faith and spiritual leaders to combat hatred and prejudicial biases,” it said in the statement while appealing to the governments in both the state and the Centre to recognise the need for dialogue among different faiths and religions which will enhance mutual understanding, harmony and cooperation.
