SHILLONG, Jan 4: Thirty-eight-year-old Partha Dey has been reportedly missing since December 25 last year, according to his wife Mina Dey, a resident of Madanriting Block-F, Shillong.
The wife registered an FIR with Madanrting Police Station.
Partha Dey is 5-feet tall, dark-complexioned, and is reported to have been wearing a brown jacket and trouser when last seen.
