SHILLONG, Jan 6:In the match between Elite XI and Laitkor, the latter won the toss and chose to bat first. Laitkor were bowled out for 110 in 17.3 overs. Pynshailang Wanshong top scored 28runs of 30 balls for Laitkor. Nitesh Sharma bowled 4 overs gave 17 runs and took 4 wickets. In reply Elite XI chased down the total in 9 overs without losing any wicktes. Openers.Akash Purkayastha scored 54runs off 33 balls and Subham sharma scored 39 runs off 22balls.Elite XI won by 10 wickets and Nitesh Sharma was awarded the man of the match. In the second match between Combine XI and YALM cc, Combine XI won the toss and chose to bat putting up a total of 78 all out in 15 overs. Nongsan Blaze scored 20 runs off 23 balls. In reply YALM chased down the total in 10.1 overs scoring 80/3. Arun Tamang top scored 30 runs off 17 balls. Sunshine Mukteih bowled 4 overs gave 15 runs and took 2 wickets. YALM won by 7 wickets. Arun Tamang was awarded the man of the match award.
