The Central Integrated Pest Management Centre, Shillong, Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, will organise a two-day HRD-cum-orientation training programme at the State Biological Control Laboratory, Upper Shillong.
Order
The East Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner has directed all political parties to obtain written permission from his office (Election) before putting up any flags, banners and signage in the district. In a statement on Monday, the DC also directed that such flags, banners, hoardings and signage be removed immediately on completion of the programme.
