Saleng Sangma quits as MLA to join Cong

Shillong, Jan 23: Saleng Sangma of the NCP today resigns as an MLA  of Meghalaya Legislative Assembly and is set to join Congress later this afternoon.

He was elected to the Assembly in 2018 from Gambegre LAC in West Garo Hills district of the state.
