SHILLONG, Jan 23: Subscribers of Jio in many parts of Shillong had a harrowing time on Monday after its services went down for hours.
Many complained about the connectivity issues, which were faced throughout the day only to improve in the evening.
During that time, people were neither able to make calls nor use mobile internet services.
