Bike thefts
On January 21, around 9 am, a motorcycle (ML-05Y-6125) was found missing from Lumshatsngi, Laban, Shillong.
On January 21, miscreant(s) stole a motorcycle belonging to Sagar Sen Samal from Lumshatsngi, Laban, Shillong.

Cattle detected
Coy Commander B-Coy, 4th Battalion, BSF, BOP Muktapur, lodged a complaint that on January 22, around 6.40 am, BSF personnel detected 15 heads of cattle (buffaloes) from a place under BOP Muktapur, West Jaintia Hills.
Post Commander B-Coy, 4th Battalion, BSF, BOP Hawaitilla, lodged a complaint that on January 21 around 4.45 pm, BSF personnel detected two head of cattle from a place near BP No. 1286/13/R in West Jaintia Hills.
Party Commander A-Coy, 4th Bn., BSF BOP Rongtilla lodged a complaint that on January 19, around 5.35 am, BSF personnel detected 17 heads of cattle (buffaloes) from a place in the alignment of BP No. 1283/4-S in West Jaintia Hills.

Break-in
Suraj Hajong verbally reported (January 22) that unknown miscreant(s) broke into his house at Discopara, Tura, West Garo Hills district, and stole one LPG cylinder.
