NEHU’s PGSU flags issues in memo to Guv

TURA, Jan 30: The Post Graduate Students’ Union (PGSU), recently submitted separate memorandums to the Meghalaya Governor and to the Vice Chancellor of the North-Eastern Hill University, Prof Prabha Shankar Shukla, raising various issues concerning the university.
According to the union, some of the issues raised in the memorandum included the need to appoint a Pro Vice Chancellor, Heads of departments and others with regard to the overall development of the campus including infrastructure. The union also highlighted the need for a separate academic building.
